Discover Islamic Culture Event

When the streets of Cairo were packed with supporters of their national football team the Bridges Foundation crew were getting ready to launch the first Islamic event aimed at educating non-Muslim expatriates about the very fabric of Islam.

“Isn’t a shame how we live together in the same community and are our livelihoods are entwined together, yet they know very little about us and our religion? Where would it be better to learn about Islam, here in its birthplace or through the media that portrays not much more than an image of fanatics and extremists who are themselves not welcomed to many of the mainstream Muslims.”  Accounts one of the Bridges volunteers

Islam Awareness Global Campaign

 Are Muslims going to remain sidelined toward Islamo-fascism awareness week?? Are Muslims going to remain sidelined toward Islamo-fascism awareness week??

The director of Bridges foundation, Imam Fadel Soliman started this week a global Islam awareness campaign as a response to the Islamo-fascism week, which will be held on more than 200 college and university campuses across the United States during the week of October 22-26, and will be the largest conservative student protest in American history.
